How to make lasagna

The first stage
First, in a suitable pan, finely chop the onion and fry it with some oil. When the onion turns a little golden, add the minced meat and a little pepper to make the meat a little better. When the minced meat is half-cooked along with the onion, we add the bell prepared washed, and chopped to the meat and fry them. At this stage, the mushroom should be roasted at high temperatures so do not to become watery.
The second stage
After the mushrooms are cooked together with the meat, add spices such as turmeric, black pepper, and salt to the ingredients and add the tomato paste, then stir the ingredients well until the tomato paste is roasted in the heat of the pan and the raw smell of the tomato paste comes out.
The third stage
Melt a suitable pot and put it on the heat. Put some salt in it. When the water boils, slowly put the lasagna sheets into the boiling water.
The fourth stage.
Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees until it gets hot. Prepare an ovenproof dish. Grease the inside of the container with a spatula.
The fifth stage
Bechamel sauce should be prepared at this stage. First, we put butter and cream at room temperature. Then we put the butter in a suitable pan on low heat, so liquefied slowly. When the butter is melted, add the flour and fry it until it gets a soft texture and the flour is well mixed with the butter.
The sixth stage
After the flour becomes homogeneous, its color should be a little cream this color is a sign of the right time to add milk to the flour. Slowly stir the flour while adding the milk so that the ingredients are mixed properly. At this stage, the shape of the sauce is watery, and we have to stir it so that the sauce gets a thick texture.
The seventh stage
When the sauce thickens, add salt, black pepper, and paprika powder. At this stage, you can also use thyme powder to flavor the sauce. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat add the cream to the ingredients, and mix. The sauce is ready.
The eighth stage
After the lasagna sheets are cooked, we drain it and put a layer of it in a container that we have greased beforehand, according to the size of the container, we arrange the lasagna sheets parallel to each other. We put a layer of tomato sauce on it and spread our meat ingredients on the layer of lasagna so that the whole layer is covered with meat.
We put plantain pizza cheese on our meat layer and go to the second layer of lasagna again. We continue this step like the first layer until the other layers are classified depending on the diameter of our container.
In the last layer, where we added the meat and cheese ingredients for the pizza, a lasagna sheet is placed on it. Tomato sauce is placed on the final layer along with pizza cheese.
The ninth stage
When we put the last layer, pour the bechamel sauce over all the ingredients so the sauce is poured on the sides of the lasagna layer. Bechamel sauce makes lasagna layers more delicious and soft.

At this stage, we are going to put the lasagna dish in the oven. When we put the lasagna in the oven, the low heat of the stove should be on. We require placing the lasagna in the middle of the oven to cook it properly. Cooking time for lasagna in the oven is 30 minutes. Five minutes before we take the lasagna out of the stove, we turn on the high heat to toast the lasagna. After 30 minutes, your lasagna is ready.
We can cut the lasagna into smaller sizes with a knife and serve it on a plate with sauce and thyme powder.
