In the last stage choose a suitable pan and add some oil and put it on the flame but after it gets hot, we take out the sliced potatoes from the water when dry them with a napkin, and add a little salt and turmeric to it. And fry well in hot oil. After frying all the potatoes, you can decorate the ghee stew with them as shown in the picture below. If you fry the potatoes earlier than cooking the ghee stew, put them in a strainer to drain the excess oil potatoes do not become soft.
